Competition Terms & Conditions
A) First Prize Terms and Conditions
- This prize package is for one household cat or dog only, and cannot be transferred to another pet or pet owner.
- Free microchipping is only available for pets that do not currently have a microchip. The initial cost of microchip registration for the pet will be covered by Northern Beaches Veterinary Clinic. Ongoing registration and renewals are the responsibility of the pet owner.
- Free annual health check consultation includes a full “nose-to-tail” general body examination, a weight check and nail trim. Additional costs apply for recommended medications, food products, diagnostics, treatment and surgery.
- Free annual vaccinations will be based on the pet’s current age and health requirements, as per the standard Northern Beaches Veterinary Clinic vaccination protocols for dogs and cats.
- Free unexpected consultations include the examination of symptoms, illness, injuries or concerns. Additional costs apply for recommended medications, food products, diagnostics, treatment and surgery.
- Free annual dental check, plus $50 to spend on dental or oral care products, every August (as part of Dental month).
- No part of the prize package is redeemable for cash, and it can only be used for services offered at Northern Beaches Veterinary Clinic (any external services including but not limited to specialist consults, external lab work or services not offered at Northern Beaches Veterinary clinic are not included).
- There is no monetary value that will be refunded if any, or all, of the included consultations, vaccinations are not used within a given calendar year.
- All promotion inclusions are subject to fair use and availability.
